Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as there is no refund for Online Training Programs, Naturopathic Advice and Health Market Products.  However, we are happy to exchange any item that is faulty or out of date, proof of purchase is required.

Our Personal Training Services refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• a cancellation fee of $25 if more than 48 hours notice is given
• no refund if less than 48 hours notice is given
• if the session is re-scheduled within 14 days no cancellation fee applies
