The At Home concept is the innovation of Gail Hooker, qualified accountant working in the corporate world for over twenty years turned personal trainer and Grace Lolicato, Diploma in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Homoeopathy, Botanical Medicine who operates a successful clinic in Sydney suburbs for over 15 years.

To achieve our mission statement we had to create something unique so At Home Naturopathics and At Home Personal Training combined to create www.athome.com.au a complete health and fitness solution for the entire family.

Combining fitness and natural medicine is essential for the health and wellbeing of our mind, body and spirit.

The Fitness side of the website consists of online Training Programs written by our highly qualified trainer, Kirsten Telfer.  Kirsten has a degree in Human Movement Science majoring in Exercise Science.  She is an experienced sports trainer, personal trainer, group trainer and rehabilitation trainer.  Her memberships include AAESS (The Australian Association for Exercise and Sport Science) and Fitness Australia.  She is also our National Personal Training Co-Coordinator for the Personal Training Services part of the website.  Her goal is to ensure we provide the best qualified trainers to people’s homes anywhere in Australia.

The Naturopathic side of the website consists of online Naturopathic advice via 4 easy steps.  This allows Grace to help people on a national level as she does so successfully on a local level.  Grace has been assisting people to overcome health problems for many years with excellent results, she is known to her clients as The Wellness Specialist prescribing the highest quality and most efficient natural remedies including our own At Home Herbal Tonics and Homoeopathic Drops.  This side of the website also includes our own proven Rapid Weight Loss Program and Natural Fertility Remedy both under the watchful eye of Grace.  Her memberships include ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) and NHAA (National Herbalists Association of Australia).

To provide a COMPLETE health and fitness solution our website offers a comprehensive Health Supermarket with a unique quick and easy automatic reordering system that you setup and control, you simply choose the products and frequency of delivery (which can be from daily to yearly entirely up to you) and your orders will be at your door without you even turning on the computer, how good is that!  Gail is responsible for ensuring we only offer the best products at the lowest possible prices.  She has chosen only a few reputable suppliers in each product category ensuring loyalty and personalised customer service.  Her many years in the corporate world enables us to negotiate contract savings that are passed directly onto our customers.  Gail is also responsible for the entire website operation and loves feedback so please don’t hesitate to complete our feedback sheet found on the home page.  Her memberships include Fitness Australia, CPA (Chartered Practising Accountants) and AIM (Australian Institute of Management).
